Due to the nature of our products, please be mindful and choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
We take the quality of our products seriously and we do everything in our power to ensure that your gift or purchase arrives in perfect condition. However should your purchase arrive damaged or fail to be of acceptable quality, please contact email@example.com including as many details as possible about the order and the product, with photograph evidence within 14 days of arrival. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund if the product arrives with a major failure.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we will refund or exchange only full price item and unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
