-BURN TIME- Soy wax has a memory, so it's important that the first time you light your candle, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the container (2-4hrs) Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
-TRIM WICK BEFORE EVERY USE- It is normal in soy wax for your wicks to mushroom. This is easily fixed by trimming your wick to 6mm. Trimming will ensure your candle does not burn hotter than it should, prolonging the life of your candle. Be sure not to cut it too short or it will become engulfed by wax.
-AVOID DRAFTS- Candles burn best in still air, if you can't avoid drafts turn the candle periodically to avoid uneven burning and possible candle collapse. A candle in a draft may also start to smoke.
-CANDLE STORAGE- Candles are sensitive to temperature and light, fragrances with a vanilla content may yellow if exposed to sunlight or fluorescent light,. This is normal and does not affect the burning of the candle. Store in an upright position with lid on.
Wax Melt Care
-FRAGRANCE- The fragrance strength in our wax melts is high, we recommend using 1-2 melts at a time....the more wax melts used the stronger the scent.
-FILL UP YOUR WARMER- Place 1 - 2 melts into the warmer and depending on your warmer type, either place a tealight candle under or follow manufacturers instructions for using your warmer.
-BE STILL- Much like candles, wax melt warmers perform best when in still air.
A draft is a safety hazard when using a warmer as the wax could splash and cause harm.
-DISPOSAL- Dispose of any wax into the bin, never pour melted wax down the drain.
-SAFETY- Once warmer is lit/turned on, do not move as wax will have melted and could cause burns if comes into contact with skin.
Reed Diffuser Care:
-FIRST THINGS FIRST- Carefully remove the plastic stopper. Replace the screw on lid and add in reeds, after an hour turn reeds over for optimum scent throw.
-AIRFLOW- Reed diffusers rely on air circulation like a draft to distribute the fragrance. Ensure your diffuser is placed in an area that is well circulated or has a slight draft. They thrive in bathrooms especially.
-MAINTENANCE- Turn your reeds around regularly for optimum scent throw (I turn mine weekly).
-WARNING- Reed base can stain and discolour surfaces. Immediately wipe away any spillages on surfaces & clean thoroughly to avoid any damage to surfaces.
Car Diffuser Care

-MAINTENANCE- Turn your diffuser upside down for 3 seconds when needed to refresh scent throw.
-WARNING- Reed base can stain and discolour surfaces. Immediately wipe away any spillages on surfaces & clean thoroughly to avoid any damage to surfaces. DO NOT hang your car diffuser on the revision mirror it is a distraction and cannot be exposed to direct sunlight.
